we are expanding ~ some personal updates

Hey everyone,

I’ve been quiet for a while because I have been working on some new things. Because I am a one-woman business, I have a lot to do but not much time.

So some of you (who follow me) would know that a couple of months ago I relaunched the podcast with a new name and a new ethos. It’s now called Crushing On with Caryn and is focused on exploring the deeper issues around entertainment and pop culture, especially with regard to gender, race and sexuality. But we still have our fun roundtables.

And now, I’m relaunching the newsletter. Instead of it just being a rambling little newsletter, I’m expanding it to be like a little catch-up magazine in your inboxes every week.

So what can you expect? I am combining the editorial aspects of Wildest Dreams with the Crushing On segment of the podcast and giving weekly recommendations. And I will add a here’s what you missed segment that will give you links and info about what happened that week in pop culture, lifestyle trends, social justice news and what TikTok or social media post everyone has been talking about.

The first issue will be released on Friday and will be published every Friday thereafter.

Thank you to everyone who has stuck by me and my various editorial forms over the last couple of years. I really, truly appreciate it.
